The Kerry branch of the Irish Drivers Association says it is completely against the recommendations of a new consultants reports commissioned by The Department of Transport. The report recommends reducing the number of driving test centres in the country from 54 to 35 and increasing the cost of doing a test which currently stands at 38 euro.
